KiwiRobot NZ collects and uses personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history.
- Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe; we see only a payment reference, never your card number.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us.
- Website usage: basic analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views and shopping activity, used to improve the store — no advertising profiles are sold or shared).
Why we use it
To take payment, deliver your order, provide warranty and support service, keep required transaction records, and (with your consent) send occasional updates about products or offers. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only what is necessary: courier companies (to deliver), Stripe (to process payments), our email service provider (to send order emails), and authorities where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Information is stored on systems with access controls and backups. We keep transaction records only as long as required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
