Your rights come first
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), everything we sell must be of acceptable quality, fit for its intended purpose, match its description, and arrive in reasonable condition. These rights sit on top of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded.
If something is faulty
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Depending on how serious the fault is, and how long after purchase you found it, the remedy under the CGA may be a repair, replacement, or refund. Because we are an authorised reseller, warranty repairs and parts are handled through us locally — you do not need to deal with the manufacturer overseas.
Photos or a short video of the issue help us resolve it faster. Where a fault needs assessment, we will arrange return of the item and cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed faults.
Change of mind
Separately from your CGA rights, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- unused and in as-new condition,
- complete with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals, and
- accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are at your cost to send back, and we refund the product price to your original payment method once the item is received and checked. Shipping paid on the original order is not refundable. Robot mowers that have been registered for use or have grass under the deck are not change-of-mind returnable — but CGA remedies still apply if there is a fault.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and include photos of the box and the product. We will arrange a replacement or repair with the courier or supplier.
How to start a return
Email our support with your order number, what went wrong, and photos if relevant. We will confirm the remedy, the return address, and the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank-transfer refunds go to the account the payment came from.
