1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from KiwiRobot NZ (“we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
2. Orders and prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (KiwiRobot NZ is GST-registered; our GST number appears on tax invoices, available on request). We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) where a price was clearly wrong, a product is unavailable, or fraud is suspected.
3. Payment
We accept payment by debit/credit card (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details) and by direct bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are prepared for dispatch once funds have cleared.
4. Delivery
We deliver to New Zealand addresses. Delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout; risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Manufacturer warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12–24 months for ANTHBOT mowers — confirm per product). Our warranty service is handled locally: contact us first and we will arrange the remedy.
6. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy — see our Refunds & Returns policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
